Our client is looking for s few contractors to support a new effort. To be qualified for this work, you will have experience in implementing automation solutions on IBM CP4BA 23.0.x platform using IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Deep understanding of designing, developing, and rolling out innovative solutions that meet our business needs..
Responsibilities:? Deployment experience with solutions and plugins
? Strategic Analysis - Analyze Case/BAW solution requirements and align designs with our strategic goals and architecture.
? Collaborative Innovation - Present process concepts and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive solutions.
? Problem-Solving - Identify challenges and issues in current solutions, and develop plans to address them.
? Technical Leadership - Provide insights, encourage best practices, and maintain high development standards.
? Full Lifecycle Development - Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, from inception to post-production support, following agile methodology.
? Core Development - Develop core system/integration components using J2EE, JMS, XML, web services, and more.
Qualifications:? Experience - 5+ years with IBM Case Manager, IBM BPM/BAW based solution development, including responsive coaches and Client Side Human Services development, app migrations, and creating BAW toolkits, reusable services, frameworks and utilities.
? Technical Skills - Proficiency in Web Services (REST and SOAP), J2EE, JMS, XML, Dojo, Case Manager widget development and customization, deep understanding of FileNet APIs, IBM Content Navigator plug-in development.
