Position: Network Real Estate Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

30 Month Contract

Targeted Years of Experience:

5-7 years

Responsibilities:
  • Drive project completion and site acquisition.
  • Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated and conform to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
  • Work in multiple systems.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and the project team.
  • Ensure all parties are aware of project status.
  • Conduct deployment calls.
  • Manage real estate macro new build process (one position) and small cell (self-perform/3rd party/MOD) real estate process (another position).
Must-Have Skills (Most Important):
  • Experience in telecom site acquisition or real estate (5+ years).
  • Project Management Experience (5+ years).
  • High Attention to Detail.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to hold vendors accountable, provide deadlines, and deliverables within needed SLAs as set by the project manager.
  • Financial or PO experience.
  • Experience working for a telecom provider is a plus.
Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • College degree or 5+ years of experience.
