We are seeking a qualified Online Marketing Catalog Manager for a Long-Term, REMOTE contract engagement. Please send qualified resumes to
Pay rate: $38-40hr w2
Key functions:
-Oversee the content and functionality of the Rewards catalog including planning and curating offerings, applying engagement strategies, optimizing processes, and using user feedback and data to enhance catalog experiences.
-Organize and manage workflows, ensuring all tasks related to promotions and updates are assigned, tracked, and completed accurately and on time. It also includes QA for quality and error-free deliverables.
-External and internal collaboration to expand catalog offerings, maintain partnerships, and act as a liaison for team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
-Track and present performance metrics, analyzing trends, conducting market research, and processing user refunds. The focus is on deriving insights to inform future strategies and improving the overall user experience.
-Provide marketing assets for newsletter promotion and marketing team
In addition:
-Answer catalog questions from the customer care team
-Provide follow-up assistance for catalog projects
-Manage drawdown accounts by watching daily report and requesting funds as needed
-Reporting - update, manage, insights - weekly, daily and quarterly basis
-Curation - provide support as needed
-Catalog - become a super user to provide information as needed, including site audits to ensure all available offers are live as expected
-Monitor catalog items and availability based on agreed upon schedule
