Location: Plano, TX (Remote)
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of developing, launching, and optimizing their products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, user experience, and market trends to guide the development and optimization of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives and leverages data insights.
Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data analysis and client feedback.
Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation through in-depth data analysis.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features.
Write detailed product requirements and user stories based on data insights and stakeholder input.
Ensure that product development is aligned with the strategic vision and goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and pain points are addressed in product development.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Manage expectations and negotiate priorities among stakeholders.
Define and track product success metrics, using A/B testing and other methods to evaluate feature performance.
Continuously monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making iterative improvements based on data.
Implement best practices for data-driven decision making across the product management team.
Basic Qualifications:
Familiarity with Insurance
8+ years of experience in product management
8+ years successfully managing and delivering complex projects for clients.
5+ years with project management tools and data analytics tools
5 + years experience with software development processes and/or methodologies
Ability to travel at least 25%.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a variety of industries and product types.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the client s industry.
Certification in product management, project management, or related fields.
Prior experience in a consulting firm or similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
