Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Documentation & Analysis:

  • Conduct an in-depth review and documentation of PeopleSoft 9.2, covering:
    • Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM): General Ledger (GL), Commitment Control (KK), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Asset Management.
    • Human Capital Management (HCM): Payroll, Benefits Administration, Workforce Management.
    • Security settings and role definitions, including user access, permissions, and audit compliance.

Workflow & Process Optimization:

  • Document all custom configurations, security settings, batch processes, integrations, and system dependencies.
  • Map workflow configurations related to requisitions, purchase orders, and voucher approvals.
  • Ensure federal compliance and security alignment, including GAAP-based financial reporting and ISO 27000 security standards.

Integration & Transition Support:

  • Identify and document all third-party system integrations, including Anaplan, CRM, UKG, Citi Manager, IBC, E2, Truist, CitiBank.
  • Assess the relationship between the main ledger and all sub-ledger data, including commitment control ledgers.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices for ERP migration from PeopleSoft to modern cloud-based ERP solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training:

  • Translate technical ERP configurations into clear documentation for finance, HR, and leadership teams.
  • Develop plain-language summaries, visual workflow diagrams, and reports.
  • Support training sessions to help teams understand PeopleSoft configurations and future migration considerations.
  • Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2, particularly in Financials, Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and HCM.
Strong knowledge of federal financial reporting regulations (GAAP, commitment control, federal budget obligations).
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher, workflow automation, and API integrations.
Expertise in technical writing, ERP documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to create workflow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data flow maps.
Experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with federal agencies on ERP documentation and transition planning.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 compliance standards.
Prior involvement in ERP migration projects (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday, SAP, or Oracle Cloud).
Certifications in PeopleSoft, ITIL, or relevant ERP disciplines.
