we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to provide informed solutions to LDOE for review;
Suggest program goals and objectives, aligning them with the organization's strategy;
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget;
Escalate risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies as needed;
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management;
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met;
Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes;
Conduct ongoing evaluation and improvements for processes, providing data analysis support for the agency's workload demands.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Seven (7) plus years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data-related fields;
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders;
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Experience in data analysis or data science fields;
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
Experience with advanced Excel/Google Sheet formulas;
Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and practices;
Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies;
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data management technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Process automation, low code development tools, and strategies.
