Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including system administration, networking, and wireless technologies.
- 3+ years of experience as an SSO administrator, preferably with OneLogin.
- Strong knowledge of identity management, SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
- Expertise in configuring and managing server and network environments.
- Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
- **OneLogin SSO Administration:**
- Act as the primary administrator and SME for the OneLogin platform.
- Configure and manage OneLogin SSO solutions, including user provisioning, authentication policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows for automation and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot SSO-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
2. **IT Infrastructure Management:**
- Support and manage servers, networking, and wireless infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with the OneLogin platform.
- Maintain system stability, performance, and security across the IT environment.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to support SSO and related services.
3. **Security and Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats to maintain a secure infrastructure.
4. **Collaboration and Documentation:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and development teams, to deliver secure and efficient solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
- OneLogin certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
