Role Overview

We seek a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in diverse industries to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to generate leads and close new business opportunities.

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing services, industry standards, and client acquisition strategies in the USA market.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
