Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy Execution in the Office of Global Strategy Delivery, this role supports strategic planning and implementation of complex programs across the Aristocrat group of businesses. The Manager will have a strong background in stakeholder management and experience managing cross-functional teams. The Manager will partner with Group Strategy to co-lead and orchestrate complex initiatives with leaders as part of the successful execution of program plans. This role requires relevant experience managing large-scale / complex initiatives from idea through to post-implementation review. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in cross-functional team leadership, management consulting (internal or external), complex program delivery, business planning, or equivalent experience, preferably within the technology, media, or telecommunications sectors. To be successful in the role, the candidate will need to be someone who can thrive in an unstructured, collaborative environment and can distill complex problems into actionable work and help drive programs to completion. This role is central to the execution of the corporate strategy over the next few years and will require a focus on both successful transformation and in supporting organizational change management.

Pay Range
$98,941 - $183,748 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
What You'll Do
- Support Global Strategy Delivery leadership and key stakeholders to define, plan, execute & govern strategic initiatives while collaborating with the teams responsible for the successful delivery of these enterprise-wide programs of work.
- Become a trusted partner with initiative stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals; build and maintain a network of stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring team members align and work towards business goals
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to the required performance metrics
- Work with stakeholders to meet business value and financial targets set forth for an initiative
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management
- Perform research, provide templates, or develop systems or structures to facilitate progress on a strategic initiative
- 5+ years of experience in program management, including experience with managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree in business administration or related degree desirable
- Experience in delivery of strategic initiatives using agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies
- Experience developing and implementing processes, tools, and templates
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across an organization
- Domain expertise in operating models, cost optimization, technology implementation, process improvement, and/or strategy implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience influencing, overcoming resistance to change, and partnering for stakeholder success
