Description:
Job Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing projects to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
