Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Expert on Work Brain who has extensive knowledge of the Work Brain platform and can help assess and optimize the system. In this role, you will analyze the current landscape, identify key issues and bottlenecks, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and functionality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Brain Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Work Brain, including its features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Landscape Analysis: Analyze the current system, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies within the existing setup.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend and implement an optimal "To-Be" state for the Work Brain system that addresses identified issues.
  • Problem Solving: Provide technical guidance to improve the system and process flow. Focus on both short-term fixes and long-term strategic solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of plans. Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the platform to enhance performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience with Work Brain, particularly in a technical or consultancy capacity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically about complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess current systems, identify inefficiencies, and suggest appropriate improvements.
