Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager with 8-10+ years of project management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment. This role focuses on managing complex digital projects, collaborating across teams, and driving customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and Execute Projects:

3. Monitor and Mitigate Risks:

  • Track milestones, report on project health, and address risks proactively.

  • Drive initiatives that improve demand generation, customer journeys, and loyalty programs.

5. Optimize Digital Platforms:

  • Ensure websites and eCommerce platforms are updated, optimized, and aligned with business initiatives.

2. Loyalty Program Enhancements:

  • Implement workflows, track customer journeys, and launch promotions to increase retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing complex projects in hybrid methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, eCommerce platforms, and customer engagement best practices.
