Job Description:

  • The Senior Workday Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment of the Workday system.
  • This role requires of experience in Workday implementations, with a focus on large-scale projects, system integrations, and process optimization.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage complex Workday module integrations with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Coordinate and mentor a cross-functional team, including Workday consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team, managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Workday implementations with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.).
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Workday certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
