Hybrid role in Charlotte NC. Our client is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help drive vision and direction for a new internal pricing tool. This person will work with cross functional teams throughout the organization to achieve success.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Drive vision and direction for the product through prioritized OKRs and outcome focused roadmaps
- Maintains Epics and Features in support of quarterly OKRs
- Leads the team in scrum ceremonies: daily stand ups, weekly backlog refinements, sprint planning and review
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand current state processes, challenges, and prioritization
- Identify and work through gaps in business alignment, processes, and future state vision
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Product Management Experience
- Experience working cross-functionally within a F500 Organization
- JIRA, Confluence
- Translating processes and data into quantifiable deliverables
- A background in Software Development or Data Analytics
