  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

License: Pending license accepted

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have prior to submission), NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start)

Must-Have: Epic experience at a competency level of 3 or 4

Job Description:- Open to first-time travelers.- Weekend requirement: 2 weekends a month.- No on-call requirement.- Clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs and may float to three facilities within 20 miles.- Open to accommodating block schedule; discussion possible during an interview but not guaranteed.- Locals accepted with the same rate.- All requested time off must be included during submission.- Nicotine-free policy: All employees must be nicotine-free; no exceptions.- A negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start.- Required participation in time-sensitive modules post-confirmation.- Mandatory COVID-19 vaccine, with medical/religious exemptions considered.- Mandatory flu vaccine, with medical/religious exemptions considered.- Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours.- EKG and Pharm test required during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts for each. No retests are available, and failure results in cancellation. Study materials are provided.- Strict "do not call" policy in place during the application process.
