Summary:

CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our growing AI/ML and Data team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to transform real estate solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to drive innovation and deliver impactful outcomes.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML and data-driven programs, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
    • Familiarity with data science tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Experience with data warehousing, data pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
