Salary is up to 90K + 7.5% bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and reporting solutions to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support major business priorities.
- Leverage diverse data sources for comprehensive category analysis and ad-hoc project support.
- Identify new business opportunities through competitive intelligence and market data.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and provide insights-driven recommendations.
- Regularly utilize Market & Competitive Intelligence platforms to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a solid foundation in data analytics.
- Experience:4+ years of analytics/insights experience, ideally in the automotive, CPG, or consumer products sectors.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and market intelligence gathering capabilities.
- Skilled at presenting insights and influencing stakeholders using data-driven narratives.
- Proven team player who excels at collaboration and problem-solving.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.
