  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Agility or Jira tool infrastructure as an administrator.
  • Export data from Agility or Jira to Power Apps for seamless integration.
  • Build Agility or Jira reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct Agility or Jira tool upgrades and ensure system stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical administrative support.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced system efficiency.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
  • Participate in agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects.

Education:
