We are actively recruiting an SAP S4 HANA Financial Implementation Analyst for our client in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term hybrid contract opportunity that will require some onsite work in Louisville. Initial onsite presence is required to meet the team. This role does not require certification but demands experience with S4 implementation. Expertise in HANA/public cloud is highly valued. This person will bridge the gap between the SAP partner implementer and our client. The SAP implementation requires knowledge of or experience with data cleansing efforts and essential finance and accounting fundamentals. This role involves regular finance SAP tasks, particularly during month-end, and does not require ABAP knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and data cleansing efforts and be a functional user of finance and accounting modules.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the finance team to integrate SAP functionalities and improve financial reporting processes.
- Conduct data cleansing efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to finance staff on SAP functionalities.
- Edit and maintain SAP documentation provided by the implementation partner.
- Participate in testing scenarios and ensure successful execution of test plans.
- Act as a bridge between the finance team and IT, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience with data cleansing and data migration efforts.
- Functional knowledge of finance and accounting modules in SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite for the first 4-6 months, with the possibility of remote work afterward.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
