Responsibilities:
Maintain, own, and enhance the SOW process
Capture all necessary details of agreement requests, work with functional stakeholders, interface directly with leadership, enhance existing process, and present to leadership with status updates
Review new IT demand requests for strategic, financial, and resourcing alignment
Support the design of capacity management function as it's built out
Qualifications:
Strive for excellence but does not get rattled when things unexpectedly change
Continuous enhancement and heavy project management focus
Background in Power BI is a plus
Helpful tools to know: JIRA, PBI, ServiceNow, SharePoint
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
