RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Findlay, OH that is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst contractor to join our Terminal Automation team.
Responsibilities:
* Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys
* Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
* Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized
* Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that all requirements are met
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions
* Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve the quality and effectiveness of the delivered solutions
* Selected resource is expected to participate in the afterhours on-call rotation shared by the team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
