Key Responsibilities:
* Workstream Coordination & Intake Management - Facilitate the intake process across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficient prioritization and alignment with project goals

* Technical Documentation & Deliverables - Publish technical write-ups as part of the Lab Architecture Services (LAS) deliverables, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation
* JIRA Administration & Prioritization - Manage JIRA tickets, set priorities, and configure JIRA dashboards to enhance leadership visibility into project progress
* Knowledge Management & Collaboration - Maintain Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint sites, ensuring organized and accessible project documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to support project goals
* Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations
* Hands-on experience with Jira ticketing system and Kanban dashboards
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
* Experience using Atlassian tools, including Confluence, for documentation and collaboration
* Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for organizing and managing shared content
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
