Technical Skills
- 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations
- Strong expertise in HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, HR Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, MID Server, and Scripted Web Services.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of HRSD security models, role-based access (RBAC), and data privacy laws.
- Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.
Soft Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues.
- Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with HR and IT stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (CIS-HR)
- Lead and contribute to multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including designing and developing Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop and configure HR service catalog items, HR workflows, and HR case flows based on business requirements.
- Create and manage HR services, HR templates, HR document management, and HR notifications.
- Customize and enhance HRSD functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices
