Piper Companies is seeking an Onsite Helpdesk Technician with strong experience in problem solving technical issues and supporting Windows systems. The ideal IT Helpdesk Technician with be onsite 5 days a week in downtown Durham, NC .

Responsibilities for the Onsite Helpdesk Technician include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

Document and track issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system

Provide step-by-step technical assistance and guidance

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Qualifications for the Onsite Helpdesk Technician include:

2+ years of support and troubleshooting experience

Strong knowledge of computer, networks, and audio systems

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software (Microsoft Suite/Azure)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Able to configure devices such as laptops and TVs

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)

Compensation for the Onsite Helpdesk Technician include:

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
