Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a SalesForcce and Change Management for a contract position in Valencia, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Salesforce Change Management Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding our organization through Salesforce-related changes by developing clear, engaging, and polished communications. You will create detailed step-by-step guides, facilitate user adoption, and ensure seamless communication of Salesforce processes and updates. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. If you are a strong communicator with a knack for simplifying complex information and a passion for Salesforce, we want to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Change Management Support: Assist with change management efforts related to Salesforce and other business processes.
- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing, step-by-step user guides, process documentation, and communications to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
- Communication: Translate complex Salesforce processes into clear, concise, and polished communications for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to learn workflows, understand reporting needs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Salesforce Expertise: Leverage Salesforce knowledge to understand reporting, dashboards, and processes, ensuring accuracy in communications and guides.
- Report & Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business needs and provide insights.
- Creative Solutions: Think outside the box to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions for effective change management.
- Process Learning: Quickly learn and adapt to new business processes and Salesforce functionality.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce processes, reporting, and dashboards.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, from content creation to process documentation.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver content that is clear, concise, and engaging.
- Visual Communication: Proficiency in creating visually engaging content to simplify complex concepts.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and directions effectively.
- Problem Solving: Creativity and critical thinking to present solutions in a clean and polished manner.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with tools such as Showpad, Camtasia, and Storyline.
