Senior Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
The Senior Solution Architect will focus on supporting logistics in areas such as Trucking, Marine, and Rail. This role involves designing and developing architecture models encompassing processes, applications, data, technology, and security. The architect will collaborate with a Product Manager to identify solutions to business problems while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture direction and standards. The role also includes developing specifications, assessing compatibility and reliability of proposed solutions, and supporting architecture planning and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Solution Architect will contribute to architectural governance, standards, and compliance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
* Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms
* Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions
* Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs
* As a Senior Solution Architect, you will guide development teams and manage architecture for various projects
* Develop roadmaps for portfolio evolution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
* 5+ years of relevant architecture experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
