Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Analyze and ability to troubleshoot the existing oracle data sets related to MA CAR, TICO, and ISO standards.
Develop, Analyze, and refactor PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ability to create a mapping document from pseudo code. And analyze it w.r.t current pl/sql code in oracle ATP and ADW database
Good understanding of OCI module performance hub, ash analytics.
Collaborate with Finance team to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, in policy center and claim center data.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategies.
Provide technical support and training to team members on data-related tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years experience as a Data Analyst in insurance domain or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of MA CAR, TICO, and ISO standards.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience with database management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Experience with Oracle ATP, Oracle ADW, Performance Hub is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational and communication skills
