Oracle Fusion Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager in Freeport, TX. This role is Hybrid (Onsite 2/Remote 3).

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure deadlines are met
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep the project on track
* Facilitate regular project status meetings with key stakeholders and executive leadership

Stakeholder Coordination:
* Liaise with internal divisions to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and third-party implementation partners
* Ensure that end-users and department heads are involved in the implementation process to drive adoption and minimize resistance to change

Technical & Functional Expertise:
* Work closely with third-party vendors and technical teams to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's functional and technical requirements
* Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure the system supports all financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes
* Use advanced Excel skills to support data migration, reporting, and reconciliation tasks

Training & Support:
* Coordinate the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in the new system
* Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize system performance
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations, with a focus on Oracle systems
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and third-party partners
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, with experience working closely with accounting departments
* A background in accounting and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable to ensure seamless integration with finance processes

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-location organization
* Familiarity with business processes in industries such as retail, food service, or hospitality

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
