RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer III.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support for all the environments including production and ongoing maintenance of Service Mesh platform
* Manage cloud infrastructure and system administration and work with teams to identify and repair issues on an as-needed basis, so strong communication skills are important in this position
* May work with junior and senior engineers, project managers, and executives
* Migrate Jenkins pipeline to new format for various mesh projects
* Support scale up/down of infrastructure for load tests and failover tests
* Ensure BDDs run regularly
* Build and maintain UI based interface to manage configuration for mesh components
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with CICD (Jenkins)
* Experience with AWS Kubernetes
* Coding skills (Go/Java, Python)
* Web app development experience
* ArgoCD experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
