Commissions Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Commissions Associate.

Responsibilities:
* Convert down loaded commission files into Excel spreadsheets for presentation to our commission department
* The Commissions Associate will review and analyze commission cases within required timeline of SLA's requirements
* Identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect our advisors
* Provide a high level of analytical skill, and ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions
* Analyze and identify root cause of issues and recommend efficiencies
* Work on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide high level of detail
* The Commissions Associate will work as a team player and productive member providing positive contributions to team as requested by manager
* Work with internal departments to provide support as needed
* Works independently with minimal instruction

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED required
* 1+ year of commissions experience or Customer Service/Customer Support
* Very strong MS Excel knowledge and experience
* Must be local to San Diego area
* Detail-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* Resourceful and reliable
* Experience with Financial Institution preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
