UX Designer
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for a range of projects, including Envision Suite, AiEVA - Vehicle Design, Platform Health Monitor, Stamping UI, Org Graph, and other evolving initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. This role also includes contributing to ongoing projects like the Cast Trend Dashboard, AMDD Web Apps, and LLM Chatbot, as well as addressing increasing demands in Materials Informatics.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Study Support:
Assist in developing user study plans, facilitating studies, and analyzing results.
Translate user study findings into actionable insights and design recommendations that can be added to the product backlog.
Interface Design and Evaluation:
Evaluate existing interfaces to identify opportunities for improvement in design systems, usability, and accessibility.
Provide detailed recommendations to streamline and optimize the user experience.
Mockups and Prototypes:
Create high-fidelity mockups to support development teams in implementing user stories and planned work.
Develop prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team discussions to ensure design solutions are actionable and feasible.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
