Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation Functional Consultant who will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of HCM software solutions by focusing on functional aspects, as well as troubleshooting and remediating misconfigurations of previously implemented HCM modules. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience in HCM software implementation or consulting is typically preferred.

Hands-on working knowledge of Tyler Technologies software is a MUST, such as Executime, InTime, Telestaff, Tyler Munis or other HR software such as Neogov, UKG, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Collaboration: Engaging with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, ensuring the HCM system aligns with their organizational needs.
  • Functional Analysis:
    • Analyzing client requirements and translating them into functional specifications for system configuration
    • Looking at back-end settings and aligning business processes to match
  • System Configuration:
    • Configuring the HCM software to meet client specifications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
    • Troubleshooting and putting in remedial measures to correct process malfunctions
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Coordinating and conducting system testing to ensure configurations meet client requirements and are free of defects.
    • Offering resolutions for any misconfigurations
  • Training and Support: Developing training materials and conducting sessions for client staff, providing ongoing support to address any issues or questions.
  • Project Management Support: Assisting in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
