Details: This will be a 24-hour weekly contractor (weekday hours/days to be determined by Manager. However, if there are network outages or weekend/afterhours support needed, the hours may be increased, (3 days 24 hours weekly)

2) 2 years of desktop tech support experience
3) good problem solver
4) self-starter - but not afraid to ask questions
5) used to handling a lot of calls; this person will get about 5-10 tickets a day ranging in levels of difficulty

-experience with Outlook and Windows 10
-experience call tracking system
-work with all levels of professionals
