BMC Helix Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, automating, and integrating BMC Helix to enhance service management, operations, and AI-driven automation within a hybrid or cloud-based IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps solutions.
Automate IT service workflows, incident resolution, and operations using BMC Helix Automation.
Integrate BMC Helix with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and other enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, etc.).
Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities within BMC Helix to improve IT operations and predictive analytics.
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and workflows to optimize service delivery.
Ensure system security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align BMC Helix capabilities with organizational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps.
Strong expertise in incident management, change management, and service automation.
Experience integrating BMC Helix with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and automation scripting.
Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and chatbot integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
BMC Helix certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Helix Administrator, BMC Certified Helix ITSM Expert) are a plus.
