Summary:

The main function of a Network Engineer is to determine user requirements and design specifications for computer networks. A typical network engineer is responsible for planning and implementing network upgrades.

Job Responsibilities:

• Computer hardware engineer providing FPGA debug support for firmware development activities for an ASIC prototyping project. Some Verilog RTL development may also be involved as the project demands.

Skills:

• Ability to work closely with a team of other engineers
• Experience in FPGA design/debug
• Experience with embedded microprocessor systems
• Experience with Verilog, C and assembly languages
• Detail oriented

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years experience required."

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 10+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachler s degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates without the required skills will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with Synopsys HAPS and have 10 years of debugging experience. As well as Lab time.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of working, meeting deadlines, and ability to be a team player

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience with FPGA programming with VERILOG
• Minimum 10 years experience with Coding
• Minimum 3 years experience with microprocessor systems embedded
