RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sierra Vista, AZ that is seeking an Access Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a high volume of DD2875s, creating user accounts, creating/maintaining passwords, SOPs, TTPs, and Memos
* Controlling physical access to classified network devices and communication systems for all RCC-C and DoD customers
* Take appropriate action, as necessary, to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures
* Fill the role of the Security Coordinator, as directed by NETCOM
* Support the Personnel Security, Industrial Security, Information Security, Operations Security and/or Physical Security aspects of the RCC-C
* Support initiatives regarding the Operational Security (OPSEC) program to support annual reviews, address deficiencies, and support future initiatives
* Work with DISS to address incoming personnel clearance status, visit access requests (VAR), and verify visiting personnel clearance status
* Manage the RCC-C DoD 8140/8570.01 requirements for certification
* Update and maintain the safe combos, door ciphers, X09/X10 PIN, and ICID/PIC codes
* Understand and support the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model for the RCC-C, to include all Civilian, Military, and Contract personnel
* Support required organizational inspections (CCRI, CSSP, SCA-V, etc.), where physical and traditional security is evaluated
* Monitor incidents and service requests using AESMP and provide the requested support within established Service Level Targets (SLT)
* Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives
* Assist in maintaining and developing team documentation, guidelines, and processes (TTP's, SOP's, Checklists)
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED and 4 years of customer service experience
* IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP) required
* Physical Security (PSY) certification required within 180 days
* Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim
* Scheduling flexibility; Able to accommodate afterhours, weekends, and holidays
* Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes
* Must support on-call duties, as needed
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
* Logically process and diagnose information assurance and security related issues
* Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives on-time
* Ability to resolve problems independently
* Be able to walk long distances
* Execute tasks independently and work as a team
* Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (verbally and in writing) - use of proper grammar
* Able to maintain awareness during scheduled work hours
* Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at the desk and working on multiple computers (mouse and keyboard)
* Able to lift 15+ pounds
* Learns and memorizes routine tasks
* Strong organizational, business correspondence, and self-management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
