  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the HRLR Site Director to promote positive employee experiences and engagement
  • Negotiate and implement local and national labor agreements
  • Manage grievance procedures and provide conflict resolution support
  • Oversee talent planning, performance management, and recruiting efforts
  • Support compliance investigations and HR policy enforcement
  • Conduct training on HR policies and contractual agreements
  • Coordinate workforce planning, hiring, and employment administration
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of HR and labor relations experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in HR software (Workday, Excel, Kronos, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Labor Relations Certification preferred
Candidate Requirements
  • Degrees/Certifications: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • Preferred Experience: Prior HR or labor relations experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
  • Technical Skills: Workday, Kronos, and data analytics experience preferred
