Help Desk Support Specialist
San Francisco, CA (onsite)
Provide daily support for network and workstation printers across multiple hospital and clinic sites. Respond to customer requests for technical support and training, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Daily support for printers, responding to customer issues and escalating as needed.
- Provide remote access support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain on-site hardware and consumables inventory, including printer procurement and hot swap inventory.
- Report fleet meter reads and provide regular account updates to Printer Fleet Manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of supplies and manage technical issues on-site.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- IT Help Desk Support experience (hardware & application).
- Basic technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift printers (less than 50 pounds) and deliver supplies across campus.
- Valid driver s license and personal vehicle for travel between sites.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
