Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Onboarding, Servicing, and Fulfilment within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing customer-centric products and services that streamline onboarding processes, improve servicing capabilities, and optimize fulfilment operations. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our banking solutions meet regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA / Dallas, TX is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the product strategy for Onboarding, Servicing, and Fulfilment within the banking sector, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
  • Analyze and map the customer journey for banking products to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement in onboarding and servicing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, operations, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and requirements for product development.
  • Ensure that all onboarding and servicing processes comply with relevant banking regulations (e.g., KYC, AML) and internal policies.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that features are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect the needs of both customers and the bank, ensuring a seamless onboarding and servicing experience.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features on time and in accordance with specifications.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in banking to inform product development and drive innovation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers to ensure effective utilization of banking products and services.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders post-launch to identify areas for enhancement and optimization in onboarding and servicing processes.

Requirements:

You are:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on onboarding, servicing, and fulfilment.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in customer onboarding and servicing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
