We are in the service industry, based in WESTLAKE, Ohio. We are searching for a Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to manage all aspects of product lifecycles, from inception to retirement, align strategic vision with customer priorities, and build business cases for new products and significant enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain product Roadmap and Backlog
Transform business needs and stakeholder requests into effective user stories, complete with relevant documentation and acceptance criteria
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations in relation to planning and execution
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
Ensure effective execution of backlog grooming sessions, fostering understanding of requirements and meaningful participation from all team members
Lead, motivate and collaborate with a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, testers, and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with business needs
Coordinate development and deployments with corresponding teams when necessary
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and the development of training/sales materials
Measure product expectations against actual outcomes
Be prepared to travel as needed for the role
Utilize your experience with computer hardware, product ownership, agile product management, and Microsoft SQL to enhance your performance in this role.
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Computer Hardware.
Proven experience in Product Ownership.
Extensive knowledge in Agile Product Management.
Proficiency in using Microsoft SQL.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong understanding of the Service industry.
