Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analytics Consultant with expertise in the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on knowledge in all IQVIA related data sets(e.g.DDD, TRx, NRx, LAAD, etc.), Claims Data (Symphony, Optum etc.), Veeva CRM, VAlign, Veeva Vault Promo Mats. The role will involve providing high-quality, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients, especially in the pharma and life sciences industry, to drive decision-making and optimize business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable analytics solutions, implement best practices, and lead strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics and Insights:
- Analyze complex datasets (e.g., IQVIA DDD, TRx, NRx, LAAD, Claims Data, Google analytics etc.) to generate insights into market trends, healthcare provider behaviour, and pharmaceutical sales performance.
- Responsible for understanding the process flows and requirements of the Market Access business functions like Payer data, SP data, Patient Access, LAAD data
- Responsible for the delivery of business intelligence and requirements in the form of analytical datasets and reports
- Provide insights related to the payer access, brand performance, contracting outcomes
- Support the development of comprehensive market access strategies, sales forecasts, and go-to-market plans based on data analysis.
- Consulting for Pharma Domain Projects:
- Act as a consultant on pharmaceutical domain heavy projects, collaborating with Client s senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Work with Agilisium s internal teams, including data engineers, project managers, and other consultants, to ensure that analytics solutions are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide expertise on the use of various data sets mentioned above for optimizing commercial operations, such as sales force effectiveness, marketing strategies, and promotional materials management.
- Guide clients through the application of analytics in product launch strategies, sales force alignment, territory management, campaign performance analysis and market access initiatives
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations, reports, and workshops that highlight key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Data Management and Tools Expertise:
- Implement best practices for working with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Leverage analytics tools and platforms, including but not limited to, IQVIA, Veeva, and other commercial analytics software, to derive insights.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor pharmaceutical market dynamics and competitor activities, providing clients with real-time insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support the development of market research and competitive intelligence reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Hands-on expertise with IQVIA DDD, TRx, NRx, LAAD, Claims Data, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault Promo Mats.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale pharmaceutical projects with complex datasets and analytical tools.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Consulting and Client Interaction:
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
