Job Description:
Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads to support the sales team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities from multiple sources, including inbound marketing leads, cold calling, and prospect lists.
Utilize telephone, email, and social media to introduce Fixity and identify potential clients within the target market.
Build and manage client relationships, facilitating contract/permanent staffing business opportunities.
Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential prospects.
Schedule appointments (phone or in-person) between prospects and assigned sales representatives to introduce services and demonstrate value propositions.
Consistently work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly prospecting reports to track progress and opportunities.
Must Have:
Strong cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting skills.
Well versed with IT/Technology.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Experience utilizing social media to generate leads and engage with customers / prospects.
