This is a 3-6 month contract position. The role is fully remote, with daily output being tracked.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Support:
- Day-to-day management of Salesforce, including uploading vendor files, managing email campaigns, and data entry
- Providing program leadership support as it relates to Salesforce
Required Skills for Salesforce Support:
- Basic understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including data entry, reporting, and user interface
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
