Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Support:

  • Day-to-day management of Salesforce, including uploading vendor files, managing email campaigns, and data entry
  • Providing program leadership support as it relates to Salesforce

Required Skills for Salesforce Support:

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including data entry, reporting, and user interface
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
