Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Assistant at ALCS LLC. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operations tasks and ensuring smooth workflow. They will be required to handle analytical tasks, communicate effectively, manage operations, and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of freight brokering and asset-based trucking is a plus
