- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders and senior developers to understand business requirements and contribute to solution designs.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated on new technologies and practices to enhance technical skills.
- Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for solutions, processes, and codebases.
- Support Tasks: Provide basic troubleshooting and support for existing systems and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience).
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web technologies.
- Willingness to learn software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to take on challenges.
- Internship or academic project experience in software development or IT solutions.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
