  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you seeking your next employment opportunity? 804 Technology is currently seeking a candidate for a part-time Administrative Assistant - Data Entry. This is a 6 month contract position with a client in Coventry, RI. This is an on-site position and NOT remote. This opportunity is paying up to $30.00 an hour, depending on experience and the job description is listed below. For immediate consideration, please email resumes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • On-site Only
  • PART TIME POSITION, 20HOURS A WEEK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides administrative support as assigned.
  • Prepares reports, paperwork, and inputs data as required.
  • Accurately records/logs manufacturing data, which consists of operation time, sequence number, operator completing the task, etc.
  • Provides support with scheduling, printing, and distributing build paperwork as required.
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in an office clerical or administrative assistance role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be very organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Associates degree (preferred, not required).
