24X7 Monitoring the performance and availability of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform 24x7 to ensure optimal functioning and adherence to defined service level agreements.
Integrations: Work with third party vendor or team to integration applications like on24,linkedin, REST API, portqii
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, including but not limited to system errors, data synchronization problems, and campaign execution issues.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform, ensuring timely resolution.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage or other marketing automation platforms.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, monitoring, or related roles, preferably with experience
Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Marketo Engage platform.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and provide support.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Documentation: Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
