
Production Support / Change Coordinator / Tech Support

Required Skills:
- Experience with managing change and/or deployments (release manager) for technical projects in financial services industry
- Experience with BMC remedy , Manage gathering of ticket approvals across teams
- Coordinate tickets throughout lifecycle of status from Planning to Closed and coordinate any exception approvals for tickets not within SLA
- Manage Post Implementation Review incident documentation
Will serve as the primary point of contact for managing release change tickets across the organization. Manage over 441 change tickets across 64 applications.
This role is required to ensure proper creation and approvals of change tickets in compliance with change standards.
Offshore resource available during off US hours but require a role in US to work with teams during the day.
May require late hours on Friday to ensure tickets are fully approved before deployments start on weekends.
* Develop and rollout ticket future ticket creation process
* Communicate release calendar dates and manage approval process for exceptions
* Generation and presentation of change ticket metrics
* Partner with offshore resource to hand off tasks in non US hours
* Present ticket status at change management calls
Desired: Knowledge of Agile / JIRA
