Overview
Social Kapture is seeking an innovative and motivated Marketing Specialist to work on Social Kapture owned channels in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid work opportunity.
This position is mid-level, internal- and external-facing and will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Growth in the Business Development Division.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute social media strategies for Social Kapture owned channels through guidance of best practices and competitive research designed to increase brand engagement
- Ideate, refine and coordinate production of social media content based on business needs, including sales & account management strategies
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with clear and up-to-date maintenance of productivity tracking, accounting documentation and other related materials
- Assist in refining marketing materials, client-facing documents and contractor-facing documents to match SK brand guidelines and accurately reflect any changes to provided services
- Assist with managing and building out brand email programs, including lifecycle emails and deployment of segmented campaigns
- Analyze and improve marketing communication (email, social, website, ads) performance by tracking and updating metrics and making data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate quarterly client-facing webinars or other client-education initiatives
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends in organic social media
- 2-5 years experience in social media content creation; Multifamily marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Business or similar
- Knowledge of social media publishing tools and social media analytics
- Basic knowledge of design programs like Canva and Adobe products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, critical thinking, prioritization, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Advanced copywriting skills
- Experience in productivity software like Asana or Wrike
- Knowledge of the multifamily housing industry
