A&P Mechanic in Tampa, FL
Identifies and corrects malfunctioning jet, turboprop and reciprocating aircraft, components and systems on Client's Aviation products. Performs routine, preventative and AOG maintenance/inspections and modifications on customer aircraft.
Perform a variety of mechanical duties on various Client's Aviation manufactured aircraft, systems and components involving diagnosis of malfunctions, required disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems
Perform airframe and turbine, turboprop or reciprocating engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair and assist with ground runs
Use of equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, variety of hand tools and specialty aircraft tooling
Document work performed within aircraft maintenance operating system via assigned laptop
Maintain safe work environment following company policy and procedures common to aviation maintenance.
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, A&P License
Required Qualifications:
5 years corporate aircraft experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years Aviation aircraft experience
