Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the U.S. staffing industry.

Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier 1 vendors to expand business opportunities.

Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring consistent client acquisition and retention.

Conduct extensive cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals.

Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.

Manage client accounts on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and driving revenue goals.

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate placements and fulfilment of client requirements.

Analyse market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor strategies to refine business development strategies.

Develop and execute successful business growth plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Maintain detailed records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), providing guidance and motivation to achieve team targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years experience in business development within the U.S. staffing/consulting industry.

Experience in account management, ensuring daily client engagement and revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.

Experience in handling and leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other business development platforms.

Knowledge of RPO, VMS/MSP partnerships, and direct placements.
